1. The New and Improved flrecruiter.org!

Welcome to the new flrecruiter.org. While most of the useful information is still available, it is now provided in a more user-friendly format, easier to access and download. The site continues to feature any guidance or policy determination related to ID&R or eligibility from the ID&R Office as well as any information from the Office of Migrant Education. In addition, the site will have resources from the office as well as from the field, information regarding the National Hotline for Migrant Families, and links to key FL MEP programs such as the migrant parent advisory council (MPAC), portable assisted study sequence (PASS) and others.

2. Materials from the 2012 ID&R Spring Training Events available online

As promised, the materials for the 2012 ID&R Spring training events are now available at flrecruiter.org.
The materials include the complete slides for the presentations shared at the training, as well as the most recent documents (OSY profile, re-interview form and protocol). If you have any questions regarding the training materials, please contact the ID&R Office at 866-963-6677.

3. OSY Materials available from the ID&R Office

Materials developed by the Solutions for Out-of-School Youth consortium are available at the ID&R Office. Specifically, the Finanza Toolbox, Health Mini Lessons, Bilingual Clip Sheets, and Hotline fliers for OSY are currently available. Contact the ID&R Office if you wish for these materials to be sent to your program. Go to the Resources for OSY for more information.

4. Submitting COEs to the ID&R Office

As discussed during the ID&R regional training events, districts should submit copies of completed COEs to the ID&R office in an ongoing basis. The forms should be sent by the 5th day of each month. If there are no COEs for a particular month, please inform our office by the 5th. Copies of any completed OSY profile can also be sent at this time. Please do not staple the COE to the OSY profile or any other form.

Please send the COEs (and OSY profile forms, if any) to:
