This document provides clarification on the use of the term “harvesting” to describe the qualifying activity on the COE.

The template now separates the qualifying activity by Seasonal and Temporary activities. This template can be used by the Local Operating Agencies (LOA) to list the approved qualifying activities in their geographical area. To request the file, contact the Florida ID&R Office.
